The order list
What to order, grouped by supplier, rounded to whole cases, with on-order tracking.
The Order list tab shows every item at its reorder point (or below par), grouped by supplier, with how many you need to get back to par. Items with Units per case are rounded up to whole cases. You can turn that off in Settings.
On order
After you place an order, tap Mark ordered on an item, or Mark all ordered for a whole supplier. Those items move to On order so nobody orders them twice. When the delivery is scanned in, Scan In counts the on-order amount down. Tap Clear if an order is cancelled.
Send the order to your supplier
With the list grouped by supplier, tap ✉ Send order. Check the supplier’s email and the amounts, add a delivery date or note if you like, and send. The items are marked as ordered automatically. getstoqd remembers the supplier’s email, contact and your account number for next time. Set up how orders are sent once, in Order emails. On a phone without a Hub or Cloud, Open in Mail app fills in an email for you.
Overdue orders and lead times
getstoqd times each delivery from Mark ordered to the Scan In that completes it, and uses that as the item’s real lead time. If an order takes longer than that (plus a day), it’s flagged Overdue. Suggested pars use measured lead times too.
Board view
Switch the Order list to Board to see every item move from To order to Ordered to Received (last 7 days).
Par check-ins
Once you have a few weeks of scans, the Order list reminds you about once a month when pars no longer match how fast items are used. Review shows the suggested changes.
To send the list on another way, use Copy list, or Export ▾ for a PDF or the Excel workbook (its Order List sheet has the same items).
Items without a par level never appear on the order list. Set pars on the items you reorder.
