Your first day: items, pars and a first count

The quickest way to get your stock into getstoqd and trustworthy.

1. Add your items. Either scan each product in Add Item mode, or fill in the Excel template and import it (Import and export with Excel).
2. Set par levels — the amount to fill back up to. Items that run low appear on the Order list.
3. Add the supplier to each item so the order list groups by who you order from.
4. Do a first count. Switch to Count mode, scan each item and type what’s actually on the shelf.
5. From then on, use Scan In for deliveries and Scan Out as stock is used.
