Set up getstoqd Cloud

Create your business, start the free trial and find your way around.

  1. Go to getstoqd.com/app and sign in with your email — we email you a sign-in link and a 6-digit code.
  2. Create your business. The 14-day free trial starts; no card needed.
  3. Add your items: move them from a hub (Settings ⚙ → Business → Move data), or import Excel on the Import tab.
  4. Connect phones and tablets: Pair devices with Cloud.

Where everything is

You work in the scanner app — Scan, Stock, Order list and Import. Everything else is in Settings (⚙), which opens at the top right without leaving the page:

  • Account & device — your sign-in, this device, the app version and support.
  • Scanning and Ordering — sounds, the scanner test, suppliers, order emails and order rounding.
  • Business (the owner) — Overview, Reports, Locations & devices, Team, Plan & billing and Move data. Cloud Max adds Transfers and an all-locations order list.

The Appearance button (the palette) next to ⚙ switches light or dark, picks a colour (Forest, Ocean, Plum, Slate or Ember) and sets the text size — on the website too.
