Your account and data

Where your data is, exporting it, and deleting your account.

• Standalone: only on that device. Uninstalling the app removes it.
• Hub: on your hub PC and its backups folder — not on our servers. We only keep your license record.
• Cloud: on getstoqd’s servers. Export any time from Inventory & scanning or Move data.

Deleting your account

Cloud: Account in the Cloud menu → Delete my account. In the app: ⚙︎ Settings → Delete my account. Hub license records: email support@getstoqd.com from your purchase email. Details in the Privacy Policy.
