Move from the Hub to Cloud (and back)

One click moves items, history and paired devices — no re-pairing.

Hub → Cloud

  1. Set up your Cloud business first (Set up getstoqd Cloud).
  2. On the hub PC, open Hub admin → Backups → Move this hub to getstoqd Cloud.
  3. getstoqd.com/app opens in your browser — sign in, choose the Cloud location, and confirm.
  4. The hub sends everything: items, full scan history, unknown barcodes and paired devices. A backup is taken first.
  5. Phones and tablets switch to Cloud by themselves the next time they connect. Scans waiting on them carry over.

Cloud → Hub

In Cloud, Move data → download your data. On the hub, Hub admin → Backups → Import from getstoqd Cloud….
