Several locations (Cloud Max)

Locations, separate or shared item lists, transfers, one-site staff and all-sites views.

Cloud Max puts every location in one getstoqd Cloud account. Each location has its own stock, devices and order list.

Adding locations

Open Locations & devices and use Add a location. Pair each site’s phones and tablets with Pair a device here on that location.

Separate or shared item lists

Each location keeps its own item list. If every site stocks the same things, the owner can click Share one item list across locations: each site’s items are copied to the others (with zero stock), and from then on names, suppliers, costs and case sizes stay the same everywhere. Stock, par levels and storage areas always stay each site’s own. Turning sharing off keeps what each site has.

Transfers

Open Transfers, pick the sending and receiving locations, the item and how many. Stock leaves one site and arrives at the other straight away; both sites’ history show it, and reports keep transfers apart from usage and deliveries.

People at one site

In Team, the owner can limit a manager or staff member to one location — they only see and scan that site. Owners always see every site.

Seeing every site

• Overview — each site’s items, below-par count, stock value, waste and last scan side by side.
• Order lists — each site’s own list, or Combined to total what to order from each supplier.
• Reports — choose All locations — compare to see sites side by side.
